We participate in the UN Global Compact, with a commitment to achieving its sustainable development goals and completing the UNGC Communication on Progress statement annually.

While delivering the world’s leading cyber risk analytics is our mission, we believe we have a responsibility to minimise the energy, carbon, water, and waste impacts of our business. As a result, we strive to reduce environmental impacts across the full life cycle of our operation, and integrate environmental stewardship in everything we do.

Air travel reduction and offset

Our team is encouraged to take low carbon alternatives to air travel, and where air travel is necessary and eligible, we undertake United’s carbon tracking and profiling availabilities.

Employees provide feedback with formal mechanisms on cultural issues in 360 feedback sessions with their managers.

Our core values are rewarded to all employees via our employee rewards system, and our company goal setting based around those values.

Volunteering CyberCube expertise to universities & educational events.

Employees are encouraged and supported with two days paid leave for volunteer work, and CyberCube sponsored days in local offices.
