The most specific insights from Account Manager that help improve underwriting quality are those that help us prioritize which risks to spend time on. So there's some great tools within the Account Manager platform that help us triage which risks to prioritize.

At a very simple level, there's a matrix which tells us whether a risk is low, medium, high or high hazard. And what that allows us to do is for the underwriters to maybe look for a second pair of eyes on those high hazard risks or it can give us insights about technical controls or critical risk factors where we want to drill down and ask further elements and details from our clients. Account Manager fits into our underwriting approach when setting underwriting guidelines because it helps us identify the higher hazard risks. It's simple to have a paper standard that goes from low, medium to high in terms of trade appetites and segmentation, but actually within that there's a myriad of complexities of cyber maturity.

And what it helps us to do is cut through that and understand within each segment what a client looks like and make sure we have the right level of approach. From a technical perspective, without Account Manager, I think it'd be more difficult to see the wood for the trees. We can see what appear to be identical risk on submissions coming in, but Account Manager allows us to drill down and see the real truth behind them. The value that CyberCube Account Manager brings to our organization is it brings consistency, rigor, a single language that all the underwriters can work from and ability to allow us to peer review from a common platform.
