My name is Chris Shafer I'm the head of North American cyber treaty for Odyssey Re.

I think some of what makes the CyberCube Solutions stand out versus the other options is one, the ease of use so the model the inputs and the outputs are something that fit very naturally into the workflow for a reinsurance company and the types of data that we get can be a little bit higher level versus what an insurer might be collecting very granularly across their whole portfolio.

So you know having tools that just fit very naturally with that workflow make it easy for us to use it and then I think second is is the people and the the different services that are available through CyberCube you've really done a lot in order to focus on addressing the different needs whether it's through the Portfolio Manager tool which is what we primarily license, but also being able to provide the different threat intel briefings or event response where when major events happen you're out there quickly trying to explain exactly you know what what's going on how to think about it how to frame it how to use Portfolio Manager in order to examine what's going on.

The aspects that have made me happiest working with CyberCube I think go going back to the people aspect I mean the the responsiveness of the training that's available when there's major version changes, being able to rely on the fact that there will be responsiveness to understand all the different moving pieces I mean the model is there's a lot of work done in order to streamline things as much as possible but there's so much going on below the surface and understanding all those moving pieces isn't easy uh but the change management work or you know just understanding how how to take this tool and use it for risks that are heterogeneous and you know each one's different each one's unique but being able to apply a consistent set of of practices to each of those is very helpful and there's been a lot of support from CyberCube along the way.

I think what I would tell people considering CyberCube is the experience is what you make of it and so many people talk about models being just a tool and I think to some extent that that will always be true but there's there's so much more to it and you know if you ask questions if you get engaged I think CyberCube provides a lot of opportunities whether it's through conferences, through the the CAT User Group round table,  you know sessions that there's a lot of opportunity to have your voice heard and to have those your specific needs and requests met with different features that could be included in the different products over time you know I think the every facet of CyberCube that we've touched is always very responsive to our needs to our questions. If the person on the call is not necessarily the the one who touched that exact part of the model it's very easy to get the right people on the call in in a short amount of time and so I think it you know if you have a vision for what you want done just be transparent and communicate that and and odds are it it will happen.
